Downloads – Eddycoin mainnet
Eddycoin mainnet downloads live
For the live network eddycoin-mainnet-1. No wallet file is included anywhere – you create your own wallet. The programs are not code-signed: Windows SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC” → More info → Run anyway; macOS: right-click → Open.
1. Wallet (Windows)
Eddycoin Mainnet Wallet (Windows).zip
Unzip and start Eddycoin Wallet.exe (keep eddycoin_chain.json next to it – it selects the mainnet). Set a password → Create new wallet → write the 24 recovery words on paper → retype 3 words → optional extra word. Then copy your address (eddy1…). Wallet guide
2. Miners (Windows)
Eddycoin Mainnet Miners (Windows).zip Eddycoin Mainnet GPU Miner (Windows).zip
The first zip has the CPU miner (E-Chain, with the puzzle animation), Start mining (CPU + GPU).cmd, eddycoin_chain.json (mainnet) and the default settings. The second zip has the GPU miner (D-Chain, OpenCL – the normal graphics driver is enough); unzip it into the same folder. Open each miner, paste your address and press START. Defaults (“half” mode): half of the CPU cores at 100 %, GPU at 50 %; “Start mining automatically when opened” is on and can be switched off in the miner window.
3. Miner (Mac)
Eddycoin Mainnet Miner (Mac).zip Eddycoin Mainnet Miner.dmg
CPU miner app for Apple Silicon and Intel (macOS 10.15+). Unzip it (double-click), drag Eddycoin Mainnet Miner.app to Applications, right-click → Open the first time (macOS 15+: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway). There is no GPU miner for macOS.
The same app is also available as a disk image (.dmg): open it and drag the app onto Applications. The .dmg was built on Linux and has not yet been tested on a real Mac – if it does not open, use the zip.
A checkpoint (and its reward) needs one CPU block and one GPU block, so the CPU miner may show “waiting for a D-Chain (GPU) block” while nobody is mining with a graphics card. The miners only mine on eddycoin-mainnet-1 and refuse addresses from before the launch.
Update 28 Oct 2026: the miners and the wallet now fail over automatically: pool → node https://129-159-188-73.sslip.io → an Eddycoin node on the same computer (http://127.0.0.1:8773, the default node port). More nodes can be added in the Server list or as "servers" in eddycoin_chain.json. The network protocol did not change; earlier downloads keep working.
